This really isn?t sales, it?s sharing. This lie right here is probably the most ridiculous one of them all. When I knew nothing about sales and was told this, I knew better?Are you kidding me! Anytime someone gives you money in exchange for a product, that is considered sales. Here are the two major problems with this lie.
There?s a huge deficiency of proper sales training because if it?s not sales, then there?s no need for sales skills. And or, the person that you signed up with, doesn?t know the correct way to market the product so he or she can?t teach you how to do it the right way either. As a result, people are thrown to the wolves totally unprepared to retail their products and their opportunity.
People are doomed from the get go because they are told how easy this is going to be. And when they find out that it is not at all as easy as they were told, they give up and yet another has failed with their home business.
When the idea is planted into someones head that it is simply a matter of sharing the product with people and not selling, they are in for a very unpleasant harsh reality check. Probably the main reason people tell you this, is because they don?t want to scare you away. Remember, anytime someone gives you money in exchange for a product, that is considered sales.
So, is this one of the reasons your home business isn?t a success? Don?t ever let anyone tell you that it?s not sales, it?s just sharing a product, because that is probably the biggest line of crap?ever!
